![]() I don't recommend families to stay at Disneyland Hotel Paris. If this were a 3 star hotel I might have ranked them a 3 or 4, but this is a 5 star premium hotel. Come on Disney, make it easier for my to at least get to the train station (I'll accept to come back I need to go through the security check point). In the cold rain this is not a nice experience. Also, to get to the train station you have to walk an extra 500 meters. DON'T USE GOOGLE MAPS, they will take you the wrong way. Directions to the hotel from the train station are lacking the hotel should be able to put one staff person in the station so people can quickly find the hotel. Many parts of the hotel looked tired (again this is a five star hotel). The only response from the pool staff was to put up a sign that the hot tub was now closed. The hot-tub in the hotel started to push out cold water. Again, my 3 star hotel in Paris had reliable plumbing. Had to lift the lid and reset the plunger. A five star hotel can't? The toilet in our room wouldn't shut off. The 3 star hotel we stayed at in Paris made up the rooms each night. This is a 5 star hotel, so I expect 5 star service. ![]() Unfortunately, the negatives out weight the positives. You can't beat the location for the two Disney parks. The inside of the room was large and very nice. They speak French, English, German and Spanish. First the positives: The front desk staff is really helpful. I'm not sure why I'd want to stay there again. We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel outside of Paris for 3 days/2 nights in late Feb 2020. It really was a perfect break for us, some Disney Magic just before Christmas and we're doing it all again this November - I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you want a bit of luxury during your stay at Disneyland Paris… All the Christmas decorations were up during our stay and we have some wonderful photos taken of us by the cast members. When we checked in Antonio sorted out our park tickets (all pre-ordered through the DVC) and the Priority Pass because of my reduced mobility - much easier that how I'd read it would be online!! Having the private lift that also took us straight down to the park entrance from the Castle Club was very useful, especially for me. Being in The Castle club we had full use of the lounge - afternoon tea, hot and cold (soft) drinks whenever we wanted throughout the day AND the fabulous buffet breakfast with a few characters!! SO much fun waving with Mickey as people were heading into the park!! We spent both evenings in the lounge watching Illuminations with hot chocolate - seriously perfect end to an evening!! We cannot fault the Cast Members at all - they were all very welcoming, friendly, helpful and definitely went above and beyond for us. Lots of toiletries and the turn down service was really lovely too. The bed was really comfortable and the shower/bathrooms were very clean. Not only were we now staying in the Castle Club but as it was a little quieter they had upgraded us to one of the Tinkerbelle suites!! It was really magical to have so much space and room to relax. I was unaware my husband was organising this - nice surprise when we go to the hotel!! We were taken upstairs from the lobby to the Castle Club elevators and taken upstairs to check in. We could only book a superior room through the DVC and my husband had to contact the hotel to check if there was availability to upgrade to The Castle Club. We booked a 2 night stay here using DVC points as we had some spare to use up.
